Organization: Domestic Violence Ended (DOVE)

DOVE works with adults, elders/seniors, teens, and children who have been abused emotionally, financially, physically, and/or sexually. DOVE’s services include crisis intervention, danger assessment and safety planning, supportive counseling, emergency shelter, legal advocacy and representation, and community outreach, education, and training.

• Shelter Support

  Answer hotline calls, cover front office, light maintenance ; 4-8 hour shifts weekly or biweekly

• Event Tabling

  Attend community health fairs & other events on behalf of DOVE; 1-2 events per quarter

• Donation organization

  Organize items donated to DOVE; 1-2 hour shifts monthly

• Admin Support

  Basic front service & admin work for organizations or development department, receive & assist clients; 2-3 hour shifts weekly

• Childcare

  Supervise & engage children through play, reading etc; 2-3 hours per month

• Holiday Assistance Program

  Sort & track items donated during holiday season; 4 hour shifts as needed

• Lunch, Learn, & Give Back

  Ideal for groups up to 25 people; learn about DOVE's vital programs & services while putting together care packages for survivors

• Host a Fundraiser
• Host a Drive
